AmeriCorps Week is a celebration of all things AmeriCorps – from the programs and organizations that make this national service initiative possible in thousands of locations across the country, to the members who have committed to "Get Things Done" since the program’s inception in 1994. As part of the 2018 festivities, programs across Virginia and the country will share their impact, serve as champions for service, and join in a nationwide “Thank You” to currently serving members, alumni, and programs. Show your support of National Service during the week of March 11 – 17, by thanking those who serve, writing letters to your representatives, and spreading the word that service works for America!
