The City of Richmond ACES AmeriCorps program celebrated Global Youth Service Day 2016 GYSD Picture with PD - Jennifer Swinson, Reginald Gordon, CEO of the American Red Cross at that time, Members Kiran Bhagat and Colin Puckett. This represents the 270 cards created by students at Richmond Public Schools and United Methodist Family Services for Global Youth Service Day. Cards will be delivered globally to victims, military and families assisted by the American Red Cross.
