The Va. Dept. of Emergency Management (VDEM) has begun accepting donations and have developed a process for accepting requests.  In an effort to prevent confusion and duplication, Stacie Neal will be the primary contact for the Private Sector and they can email her at stacie.neal@vdem.virginia.gov.   

 

For non-profit organizations and other voluntary organizations wishing to donate to the response effort, they can email volunteers@vdem.virginia.gov. 

 

In addition, at this time, VDEM is not able to accept homemade facemasks. We are directing individuals to contact their local hospitals. For a list of hospitals currently accepting facemasks, contact volunteers@vdem.virginia.gov.
