COVID-19 has no doubt made it harder to recruit and retain volunteers for your organization. Individuals and groups, however, see the need in their communities and are looking for ways they can help. DIY projects may be the perfect solution to providing a way for volunteers to work in their own space on their own time and provide much-needed resources for your constituents. How does it work?
