This Giving Tuesday, consider supporting National Day of Service Mini Grants in Virginia! Across the Commonwealth, non-profit organizations, faith-based groups, and others plan National Day of Service projects honoring MLK Day in January and 9/11 Day of Remembrance in September. Each year, Serve Virginia and the Virginia Service Foundation support these efforts through Day of Service Mini Grants.
This fall, Serve Virginia funded 12 mini-grants on the 9/11 Day of Service, engaging more than 100 volunteers. Your financial support on Giving Tuesday would make it possible for the Virginia Service Foundation to support additional projects through National Day of Service Mini Grants, engaging hundreds of additional volunteers in service to their communities in 2025. Each grantee receives up to $250 and a donation of any size will help us support more volunteers throughout Virginia.
