At Transform Mid-Atlantic, she champions civic and community engagement in higher education, ensuring service remains a force for transformation.

A dynamic speaker, panel moderator, and coach, Nicki has delivered keynote addresses, emceed statewide virtual events, and led national service discussions. She also coaches individuals and executives, helping them harness their strengths and lead with impact.
