As the lead office for volunteerism and service in Virginia, Serve Virginia is uniquely positioned to unite partners from across the state and provide leadership in these efforts. Through collaborative strategic planning and visioning with stakeholders, we crafted the 2025-2027 Virginia State Service Plan in order to guide this work and invite organizations and community members to invest in our shared future by:

• Building a stronger culture of service, volunteerism & civic engagement;
• Uniting a more representative, integrated & aligned network of partners; and
• Creating a more robust resource & support infrastructure.
