At 20 years old, Esha has already built a global movement rooted in kindness, equity, and service. As co-founder and COO of NEST4US, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit she launched at age ten, Esha leads a network of more than 8,000 volunteers working across five core programs to address hunger, poverty, education, mental health, and sustainability. What began as a small family project has evolved into an international organization that has donated over 300,000 meals, delivered millions of dollars’ worth of resources, and empowered more than 100,000 youth worldwide.
Through NEST4US programs including NEST Nurtures, NEST Tutors, NEST Kares, NEST Buddies, and NEST Inspires, Esha and her team tackle 14 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals while fostering an inclusive community of changemakers. Her leadership emphasizes co-creation and youth voice, ensuring that volunteers as young as three and as old as eighty find purpose in serving others.
A passionate advocate for civic engagement, Esha has represented youth perspectives at global forums including the United Nations, Points of Light, and the World Food Forum, and her story has been featured by major media outlets such as The TODAY Show, People Magazine, and NBC News.
Currently studying Public Policy at the Georgia Institute of Technology, Esha continues to pair innovation with empathy—showing that leadership knows no age, and that compassion, when shared, has the power to unite communities and transform the world.
