In 2025, Serve Virginia and the Virginia Service Foundation will launch the second iteration of the Virginia Community Engagement Index (VCEI), a comprehensive study to understand the state of service, volunteerism, and civic action in Virginia.

Organizational Partners
Organizations throughout the Commonwealth are invited to partner with Serve Virginia to share the VCEI 2025 survey in their community. As an Organizational Partner, you will receive a unique Qualtrics survey link to the survey along with promotional support, as provided through the resources below.
Organizational Partners—as well as members of the Virginia Volunteerism Network—will also receive early results prior to the May 2025 release of data during the 2025 Virginia Volunteerism Summit.
