2025 Virginia Community Engagement Index
In 2025, Serve Virginia and the Virginia Service Foundation will launch the second iteration of the Virginia Community Engagement Index (VCEI), a comprehensive study to understand the state of service, volunteerism, and civic action in Virginia.
The 2025 Virginia Community Engagement Index survey closed on March 9. The data is currently being analyzed and findings will be shared at the 2025 Virginia Volunteerism Summit on May 14-15. CLICK HERE to learn more about the Summit and purchase tickets.
The VCEI seeks to understand the state of service, volunteerism, and civic action in Virginia, and to identify community priorities. Your input will help shape not only our local efforts but also statewide initiatives for a more connected and engaged Virginia.
Organizational Partners
Organizations throughout the Commonwealth are invited to partner with Serve Virginia to share the VCEI 2025 survey in their community. As an Organizational Partner, you will receive a unique Qualtrics survey link to the survey along with promotional support, as provided through the resources below.
Organizational Partners and members of the Virginia Volunteerism Network will also receive early results prior to the May 2025 release of data at the 2025 Virginia Volunteerism Summit.
